NutriBase Serving Sizes and Meal Tab Selections

This shows you the NutriBase Serving Size/Meal Tab dialog.

When you record a food item to add to a client's intake (an individual's food record) or to a recipe, NutriBase offers this dialog box. Click on the units you wish to convert to ("oz" in this example), then enter your serving size in decimal or fractions - with or without hyphens. For example, you can enter sizes like "1.67," "1-2/3," and/or "2 1/4" - NutriBase will convert all the nutrient information for this food item and add the new values to your intake or recipe. If you wish, you can specify the meal or snack you wish to assign this food item to. When you see the intake recorder dialog box, which summarizes your client's intake for you, you'll notice that it is a tabbed notebook... the tabs are named after the three meals and three snacks that you can organize your intakes into. Just click on any tab to view the analysis for that particular meal or snack!
