Composition Analysis Function for Intakes and Recipes

This is the Composition dialog box.

Clicking the Compose Button from any intake or a recipe gives you the composition analysis dialog box. You may select any nutrient. You can rank the food items from low-to-high or high-to-low based on their values for the selected nutrient. The resulting report lists all food items, sorted as specified. It also provides the amounts of the food items and the percentage of the total intake or recipe. This capability lets you determine "where all that sodium or fat is coming from" in any intake or recipe.
