Make sure your email address is correct - your Registration Key (the code that activates the software you download) will come to you via email. The download with a dial-up connection can take three hours or more on a good day. There are no shipping fees for download-only orders. If you order a CD, there are nominal shipping fees. And if you order a CD plus User's Manual and/or calipers, there is a different set of shipping fees associated. To locations that don't accept Priority Mail International, we'll ship via Air Mail unless the charges are exorbitant. In this is the case, we will email you and let you authorize the additional fees or opt to order the download-only version. System Requirements: All versions of NutriBase require a PC running Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, or Windows Vista. 1 Gbyte of RAM or more is recommended. A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels is required, but higher resolutions are better. No Mac versions are available but you can run NutriBase (and other Windows programs) on a Mac if you are running a Windows Emulator software package (like Virtual PC) or if you have a dual boot (Boot Camp) Mac with Windows installed.
