|Use this window to record your activities and exercises.
Click the buttons to Frequent, THRZ (Target Heart Rate Training), Monitored (calorie data provided to you from workout machines and devices) and Infrequent.
You can drag exercises or double-click from these lists into the exercise list on the right side of the window.
Select a date. Edit the time stamp if needed. Edit the exercises if required. (You can double click to edit the duration and intensity.)
Click the Save button to save your data.
