This is a tabular, spreadsheet view of the nutrient data.

NutriBase provides a variety of ways for you to view the nutrient data. The most basic view is the "spreadsheet view," which displays the nutrient data in a tabular format with columns and rows. This format makes it possible to compare similar food items on a nutrient-by-nutrient basis. You can resize this screen to as large as desired. If you wish to view all the data for a particular food item in a single-screen view, just double-click on the selected item. You also have the ability to resize columns or resequence the columns of nutrient information as desired. You can also zoom in and out of the screen to view more or less nutrient data on the screen. You can even enter a split-screen view and look at information from two very different areas of the spreadsheet at the same time.
